This is a full-time, Account Manager position, which reports to the Director of Sales. An in-depth, Sales and Service Offerings training will be provided.
Role Summary
The IT Werks Technologies Account Manager is responsible to build and maintain client relationships within a target market segment. The incumbent will be experienced in profiling clients, developing effective sales strategies and delivery of business proposals. The candidate will be an excellent communicator with proficiency in the following technologies:
- Customer Relationship Management software
- Microsoft Office suite of products
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Windows
The candidate must have a car to be able to cover the territory.
Main Accountabilities
- Actively seek solutions to client issues
- Make Presentations
- Interaction with the technology department to implement a multi-step sales process
- Prepare proposals and nurture the sales opportunity to closure
- Prospecting and building long-term relationships
- Follow-up to maintain client relationships
- Maintain open communications with other Account Managers and Client Services
- Uncover/locate opportunities
- Gather data for effective campaigns
